I don't know what you are referring to when you start your post with "IDK", Curious.
You ask, "what's the point?", which suggests to me that you didn't read the article, or if you did you have no idea of the value of the scholarship in this field. By the way, the answer to your question is in the abstract of the article as well as in the introduction, both of which are in the first post of this series. If you truly don't understand the point of the article then might I suggest you do not belong on this academic board.
