That's what lawful vs expedient really means when you decode TF's PR terminology. Inter-home sex and meeting up for sex during meetings continued to happen well past 1983, all the way into the 90s, and according to prevalent testimony it has never actually stopped. Come-unions continued to happen, as an option. It just stopped being glorified in print and literature. As someone on the inside you must know this to be true.
