Perhaps useless to you. There are different things for different folks. For myself who is a believer I trult beliive that it was in many ways supernatural intervention that put me on the track I am on now. I also can say that the things that helped you have been a part of my recovery. In the Giambalvo article I thought it was interesting all the issues in Post Cult Recovery. The article is a bit fresh in mind as I used it in conjunction with a presentation I did in my Social Psychology class I finished today.
