Definitely something seriously amiss here. Much more than what meets the eye. The interesting thing is that the D.A.'s office starting investigating whether they should pursue any charges against Rusty. They didn't do this on their own, they did this because of the amount of emails from people demanding that they do that. The D.A.'s office often does not get involved until they get public pressure. That should be a point to remember. Eh-hem.
