LWG is Life With Grandpa. As far as when the Victor programs ended, they may have officially ended at the time stated, and the
term no longer used, but other programs had sprung out of them, the Attack Teams, Back to the Basic camps, things like that,
which were in similar style with another name. I was an under attack team shepherd (as in a secondary shepherd, not the one in
charge) for Jetts at the HCS in 94 or 95. I don't believe it was as intense as the original Victor programs, we never taped anyone's
mouth shut or shaved their heads because of their pride (as happened to my husband's son, John Little at the first Victor's in
Japan), by the time we got to the Attack Teams they had toned down, but they were very restrictive, lots of work detail, lots of Word
time, no get outs, no fun activities, separation from the group and no talking or interacting with the other kids their ages.

So perhaps the victor programs were over by 97, but I don't think the influence of them and the mind set it had created in how
problem teens should be treated in the group was over by that time. I may be wrong though and can ask my brother about it. After
the teen rebellion in Europe I believe the Family wisened up to the fact that these kids weren't going to take it anymore.
