It seems to me that Michael is going through a normal post-Family phase. He will sort things out - he just needs a little time. I think a lot of us felt like him when we first left. Its very difficult to face up to the fact that you have spent many years living a lie and sometimes its easier to believe that things were'nt that bad. Confidence must be re-built and then new knowledge and information digested and analysed. It will come. Good luck Michael. You are not alone, we've all been where you are now.
