The theology for Christian AND Missionary Alliance is stated on http://www.cmalliance.org/, and their public doctrine, at least (one can only hope that organizations do not have a private doctrine) doesn't show anything.
My best guess is that Berg probably picked that up from the Jehovah Witness cult (or some such), then bastardized it like he did everything else he plagiarized, since he bragged that he looked at "all the churches" and made up his own theodicy/theology according to his own whims, and "168 IQ"! He pretty much descended eventually into "every evil work"; I'm afraid.
