Hi, Carol!

Very interesting post. I'd like to more about how you have arrived at your current position on your Higher Power theology/theodicy, if you don't mind.

I am very interested in how people have coped with having left TF and having experienced disappointment with the God of the Bible, because of their experience with Berg's god (basically himself, IMO!), and then what individual's paths have changed into, and why.

Basically, I had to learn to think all over again; so I am interested in what others think about that subject in particular ("regaining the brain"; post-cult); i.e. what is the nature of rational thought, what are the basic views that make up the choices available to individuals after exiting TF, and so on.

I am interested in why people, specifically ex-TFers, choose the various paths available upon exit, as well as how TF-based prejudices affect ex-TF choices.

I am interested in the nature of, and what is currently thought to comprise rational thought, itself.

I am interested in etymolgy, philology, and analytical philosophy as it exists today, especially vis a vis the current philosophical/pseudo-scientific prejudices, frankly, against evangelical Christianity.

Believe me, I understand bitterness against Berg, and even against submitting to the lovng rule of God, Who had nothing to do with Berg's trip.

I am working on a response to your post about psychopathology (post-Freud, post-Klein)--interesting stuff!

'Later!
