I do too. What I am very skeptical of is the ability of an *institution* to change to something opposite to its MO adhered to during the entire life of the institution. Heck, I think the Zerb and the Peterhead have even compared TF making policy changes to turning an aircraft carrier (when the leaders have to change a practice, that is -- for the rank and file, it's shape up or ship out, PRONTO).

I believe that human beings can choose to change extraordinarily. But from what I have observed, those of us who want a different life before those around us have had to leave individually. What are the chances of every individual awakening at the same time?
