TF has been chaning. That was one reason why I left, because it was not the group I joined. They were becoming one of those churches we had originaly rejected. Fear and manipulation had been since the beginning but the levels of control were becoming more and more pervasive. Leadership had been more God led at the beginning and they were becoming more MO-led. Individual initiatives were accepted at some point but the goal was slowly becoming the making of automatons. Children started coming up and the annointed teachers could not cope up with that.
They started showing how limited their imagination was. Instead of creating something wonderful, they put together a nightmarish hierarchy.
They have changed and are still changing. They are becoming worse and worse because they lost their birthright when people looked at the man, the drunk babbler and his mistress, and gave up their inheritance for a pot of putrid porridge.
Will they change more? I believe so but not in a good sense. They will change just like the nazis doctrine became neonazi, and the comunist party has change. In other words, they will become more sofisticated but not less wrong or evil.
But what about individuals? That's a different story. There is hope for them and their souls as long as they live. After more than 20 years away from that past I pray for a few people still in there. All things are possible for the individuals but for the group I am not holding my breath.
