Symbol is one of the essential elements of organizational culture. G.Hofstede defines the symbols as the words, gestures, pictures or other items that have some special meaning and are recognizable only to the members of the culture, for example the language, jargon, the way of wearing things, haircut, badges, titles and flags. Among them badges, titles and flags are the symbols of status.(G. Hofstede, Kultury i Organizacje, Polskie Wydawnictwo Ekonomiczne, Warszawa 2000, p. 43.)
The most commonly listed symbols are:
 architectural symbols - the appearance of the building where the organization operates,
 physical symbols - the clothes that people wear, physical appearance, (jewelry, haircut, make up, badges, etc.)
 status symbols (hierarchy symbols) – privileges: a car, membership in elitist club, the furnishings of the office, its space, having one’s own secretary, etc. (L. Zbiegień – Maciąg, Kultura w organizacji, Identyfikacja Kultur Znanych Firm, Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN, Warszawa, p.46.)
The majority of sects use the symbols such as suggestive pictures, gestures, etc. (A. Zwoliński, Anatomia sekty, GOTÓW, Kraków 1996, p.110.)

As you can see posters have a lot to do with organizational culture. Now I can see that the problem is in your lack of knowledge about the nature of organizational culture.

I repeat it once more: THE TITLE OF MY WORK IS ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF A SECT ON THE BASIS OF COG and I do not research all the aspects of it only the ones connected with organizational culture.

And one more thing by saying: 'She asks about a poster we remember best. How do you remember a poster best? If you can answer that, please do by all means.' you wanted to be helpful or mean? If helpful why didn't you explain to me what is wrong with the question. I had mentioned before that any correction done by the native speaker is valuable to me.

I am really begining to feel like an intruder who constantly has to explain the intentions and reasons. All I wanted to do was getting the answers to the questions and I can see that it is far more difficult than I had expected.
