I knew 3 Pablos, all of them from Peru and around the time you asked. These three were in different homes and normally with different people and ministries. One was married to peruvian Faith and had a couple of children by the time I moved on. They had different ministries. Can you give more information and see what else I remember?
Also, the proper shorter name for a southamerican would be Pablo Basurto and not Pablo Vilchez but it is preferible to use both last names without a hyphen.
