When I left the Family, without me knowing it I was branded as some sort of enemy even though I hadn't done absolutely nothing to provoque them or even that could be dimmed related to the Family. I left and was totally oblivious about them and their teachings for the next 17 years until shortly ago. A few weeks after my voluntary separation I met two brothers whom I had helped considerably over the years during their times of stress. They acted as the 10 lepers. One totally shunning me and even trying to coerce the other into walking away as he was doing. The other lovingly coming and having a short conversation with me (it was then and by him when I learned I had been placed in the bad list). I thought about that episode very often, showing exactly what you verbalize in your post: That the policies in the Family (the revelations of wanna-be prophets) transfor otherwise loving individuals into harsh and insensitive people.
