When I read Jane's posts on this subject I feel disheartened because she obviously didn't understand it what Rocky was asking.

On the other hand I can see how she would get upset at people butting into her friendships. Isn't she old enough to know? And who are third parties to tell her what to do? How does that affect them?

I think Rocky's question was honest and misread by Jane so her anger is understandable this time but it's a matter between Rocky and her. She has been saying things about people in this board also but even that is understandable. I don't normally post in the NDN and hardly even read it but I would be hard pressed to say that the "NDN people" are this or that. Who would I be talking about? The same applies to Jane's posts.

Let's find common ground if we want to have a line of communication, if not then there is no reason to get hot. Let's think that silence can also make a point and that it is the best answer to some issues.
