Just saw "Ararat"

Everyone must see it. I think it's a great movie. For the first time in 20the century history has the Armenian question ever been addressed. For too long and by too many nations what happened to the Armenian population has been shoved under the carpet and hidden like a dirty secret. Now they want to change history even more and claim this whole population deserved what they got. I sure hope that this will wake up historians and the rest of the world to what really happened. This should be my second cause to campaign on.

This movie was like watching my childhood on screen. All my life I listened to my grandparents and my parents stories. Not to mention every other Armenian I ever met or ran across and in my town, that was and is still a huge population. The Pasha who started the genocide made a bold statement that he would scatter the Armenians to the ends of the earth, and he did, and that it would take them 50 years to recover, and it has. If you listen real closely in the very beginning at the party where they are talking in Armenian, you'll hear someone in the background saying "Acheick, eh?" Tee-hee.
