There is nothing strange or mythic or mystic about this. Its not like we have to believe in reincarnation and we come back as a fly if we don't do good in this life. We just don't come into the world as a blank white sheet of paper, thats all. We have predispostions for health thoughts, behavior, places, people, reactions. Its not unlike genetics. There is alot of research about culture vs. nurture. If conventional pschology can accept that we are affected by our parents, there is nothing unscientific about being affected by our parents' parents. Some researchers accept this, but it is not actively pusued in mainstream academia because its not about quick fixes. We can't take a pill or use insurance to pay for therapy regarding something deeprooted that came from our grandparents. Look carefully in your children and see if you don't find something related in their behavior to your own parents, Acheick. Talent and personality traits can bypass 1 generation to be passed onto the next.
