I read your article about free America and socialistic Europe (maybe not your exact words but a fair approximation of its main thrust l think).
On which side would you put the man who told the capitalist to sell all that he had and give it to the poor? The man who drove the merchants and moneylenders out of the temple. The man who lived communally with his followers, never owned property and told us that: freely we have received so freely we should give. The man who believed so much in socialised medicine that he healed the afflicted for nothing. He fed the five thousand, what an horrific example of a welfare state, the schmucks should have brought their own food. His transportation was so public that he took some donkey by the side of the road and travelled into Jerusalem for free on it. How un-American can you get? The dude should have had a customised four horse state of the art chariot if he really expected to be taken seriously.
Mike, are we reading the same Bible?
