You must be a sensitive soul. I have to admit that at the time when all that material came out I either believed it or else was just numb to it and missed it. There were so many MLs to read and sometimes while I was busy working and getting by in my day to day life in the Family, there was only so much you could absorb or even recognize. Plus the old thing about being frogs slowly boiling in the water that got warmer and warmer.

I do remember one Jewish brother who finally had it after "Prayer for the Poor" came out and Berg said if he had a machine-gun he'd shoot every Jew he could see. But not being Jewish I guess it didn't hit me quite the same way. He left the Family after that. What amazes me is that many Jewish Family members still stayed on in the group and swallowed down all of Berg's anti-semitism. I guess because "remnant" theology is a part of Jewish culture anyway, ever since the Babylonian captivity. Still! We were all a bunch of sick puppies drinking polluted water.
