I think you are right. Unless he has changed his mind recently, so does Sam Ajemian. Unless I have misunderstood what they have written, so does Albatross and Jules.
There seems to be a lot of agreement out there for prosecution of the criminals. But, I'm not hearing about anyone lining up at the police station just yet.
Things are changing all the time. Here in California, as a result of the last Michael Jackson debacle, we can now force a child to testify about abuse. I don't know if that is the greatest thing for the kid, but it keeps people with access to a lot of money from buying their way out.
Personaly, I think the only thing that is going to be effective is if the victims themselves come forward and willingly file charges. Digging up 20+ year old Mo Letters probably isn't going to be any more effective now than it was when they were first published. Now, if a victim like Davidito would file a complaint, then he's got photographic evidence, at least against the woman identified in the photos.
