I asked the question in my Subject box. That's what those question marks were there for. I then tried to answer it in my post. You interested in discussing? I don't think I have the whole picture so if other folks want to throw in their two bits we might all understand it better.
Often when people ask questions it's not cause they're totally clueless. They may have an idea but not be clear and are inviting feedback. What do you think?
