I've heard virus makers boast they're doing everyone a service by finding weaknesses in the system but far as I can see that's a load of BS. Don't they realize if they sink the web they're shooting themselves in the foot. Or do they figure peoplewill pick up the pieces so they're just having fun causing havoc?
What is the current penalty/sentence for creating a virus that costs millions in company losses? is ita joke or are there real sentences?
