I think this is a fair decision. When I received this material, I decided not to be a party to exposing it online. It just didn't seem to add up at all. I would have never brought it up, except for "Researcher" posting that it had been mailed to me. When "Researcher" posted asking if the material was proof that Sam was a Child Molester, I felt I had to answer that it was NOT proof of anything. It was a multi-generational photocopy, that I had no idea of origin or authenticity. Even at that, it only seemed to say that Sam was convicted of disturbing the peace.
Further, when I checked the actual California Penal Code, I found that the current code does not even mention children. I also noticed the horzontal line on the photocopy from the book and wondered if it was a crop mark.
For the record, had this matter had been exposed on NDN, rather than here, I would have suggested it be handled in a similar manner.
