if G'ma is so old she's senile and incapable of taking care of herself, let alone know what's going on, they could get away with just sitting her in a corner, collecting her social security and even medicare which gives quite a lot for inhouse nursing fees. I wouldn't put it past them to figure a way to use it to make money.
