I favor social democracy. Taxes are greater the more you earn. At the same time benefits are greater the more you earn, but no one goes without medical benefits, care when disabled, needed medicines, surgeries, dental care, decent funeral. This actually benefits everyone because a person never knows when they might lose the benefits and wealth that they have except perhaps for the wealthiest few. I don't see Miguel speaking "liberal rhetoric", but rather his point of view. And I tend to agree with him. I believe that medical care, dental care, disability care, mental health needs, and all should be something every single American has access to regardless of income. By the way, did you see the film John Q? I thought it was really good.
