Figure out what you have the power to change in this situation, and you will immediately know what to do.
You could report her as a missing person, but be prepared to accept it if the police don't want to pursue once they learn about her cult involvement. On the other hand, if the police have reason to suspect the local Krishnas of criminal activity (e.g., child abuse, charity fraud), they may actually welcome an excuse to do some snooping. The response you get from law enforcement will largely depend on how many complaints they've already received about the local culties & their activities in the community.
It may be that the only thing you have the power to change is your approach to the situation. If you believe in prayer, you might offer your concern for this young woman to the care of Providence.
