I hope you realize that I didn't "doctor" these AT ALL! There is a Family program (Movie Rate)that compiles all the movie ratings. I only cut/pasted these.
Many things I noticed:
1. Stepford wives: "anti-cult slant"
2. Star Wars: "it's has "New Age" elements" (LIKE THE FAMILY!!) "rise above your emotions to stay connected to the power..." (interpretation - don't think logically about all the weird perversions of the Family... just go on for the lord)
3. Star Wars: "evil can creep in an almost silent way and destroy the good - the bad is becoming more prevalent and the light of goodness that is fading fast"... (hmmm... looks like that happened FOR SURE... in the Family!)
4. Star Wars - "shows the need for the two generations to work together"... (the LAW OF LOVE)
5. Star Wars - "learn to wield the new weapons" (prayer, praise, prophecy, loving jesus)
6. Spiderman - "the world never truly appreciates its heroes"- Berg always had an inferiority complex and so his jesus is trying to let us know we should give honor to Berg... a hero?
7. Spiderman - "you have to be mature enough to see it"
8. Spiderman - "this movie is clearly not true "... so are the GN's... "fact and fiction are BLURRED"... through and through!!!!
9. Spiderman - "don't expect WS to make this deciosn"... oh too bad... we have to think for ourselves on this one!
10. Spy Games - "covert activity..."... Berg, Zerby and WS have been involved in more than enough of covert and downright illegal activity... they could write a book!!
11. Spy Games - "be thankful for the trust you have in the Family"... oh yeah... what if you leave the Family and your eyes start getting opened, then you suddenly become an enemy or Vandari!
12. Spy Games - "it shows how corrupt and evil the powers that be are, and how little respect they have for the pawns"... hmmm anyone out there felt the same way in the cult... any pawn out there who felt they had no say???
13. Spy Games - "need the power of the keys"... my gawd... how in god's name can you see THAT message in there?
14. Lara Croft - "jesus said he doesn't like ANY kind of violence"... hmmm?
15. Lara Croft - "was totally dedicated to the cause"... like every cult member should be!
16. Lara Croft - "calloused feminist... proud, arrogant,...she is the total antithesis of wise and virtous woman of Proverbs..." okay ladies, what do you say to THAT? I can't think of the right words to say... gosh, it was "jesus" who said this... are you sure it wasn't Berg?
17. The Last Samurai - "while you my children are not of this world and so you cannot have such a deep love for your culture and land"..."you can have that keep love for your Family".... THERE IS THE VERY CRUX OF THE MATTER... you HAVE TO LOVE THE CULT MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE. It's clear and the underlying message is still there as it was in the past.
These "prophecies" are to be read before you watch that particular movie... it's just one more way the cult brainwashing takes place.
