I agree with Perry too. I made a point of high-lighting his comments calling for more rational discussion because I wanted to bring it to everyone's attention. I agree that some on the right side of the spectrum have been sharp in their comments and it disturbs me as well, but I was adding as a footnote to Perry's comment was that there have been posts from the left as well that have pushed hot-buttons. I think Perry's overall point was excellent that we need more restraint. I think it's a pity when a poster who clearly has intelligent things to say feels intimidated against posting.
Could you please explain your disagreement? I'm not sure why you feel I'd want to shoot you.
