Dear Miguel,

Your position is not a dichotomy, because one is true and the other is false. The human fetus has its own DNA, blood type, and is a seperate human being from his or her mother. You sound like you are equating the unborn to the status of a tumor or body organ which is totally untrue and is not supported by medical science.

How on earth can someone who describes himself as "anti-abortion" say such nonsense?

Here's another quandry for you:
Now that you've decided to vote in the coming election, will you be voting for the only presidential candidate who is solidly anti-abortion? If so, that means you will vote for George W. Bush. If not, then calling yourself anti-abortion is meaningless. Don't tell me what you believe. Tell me what you do, and I'll tell you what you believe.

You realy didn't answer my question about the pro vs. anti-slavery statements. You just danced around it and went into this rather silly talk about how people are still in some sort of slavery if they are poor. That's not the topic I was trying to debate with you. Could it be that you can't debate this logically because your position is illogical?
