Hey, I still think you need to get yourself involved with a creative writing class..you have the knack. That was a good review. I would like to have been there. I love their music which varied from happy go lucky to cynical.
S&G have a beautiful sort of harmony sometimes comforting, other times tragic. They were one of my faves when I was a kid.
So many of their tunes are timeless. When it comes down to it, we all suffer and rejoice from the same human condition. One thing I have learned is that our ideas can separate us but our humanity can bring together the most unlikely of friendships..
Like now that we are all out of the family and have all different sorts of views and ideas, we have that common thread of surviving that plane crash called the family and in that area we can comfort and support each other and understand like no others can. :)
