My own experience was, that I remained in TF as long as I was fairly convinced, that I was part of a "very revolutionary", "advanced" or what have you group.

Had I had earlier good & sincere doubts, it seems to me,that I would have left earlier. In other words, I was deceived, yet no hypocrite.I wasn't preaching or living what I haven't gotten convinced of.

May be there are people in TF, who know how wrong TF is, yet remain there, cause it became too much part of their life, a "bad habit"...lifelong lifestyle...an addiction...a living lie...you name it.If so, I wouldn't mind, if you'd substantiate that with some testimonies.
Personally I haven't heard about it, neither do the pubs indicate anything of the like, as far as I know.

Even if we know much about them, I still tend to think, that the older way of thinking in TF still holds true: Poor guys, got it all mixed up through listening to the devil, going the way of Demas, loving the world...blah, blah...

You mean they say now: gosh, they know all about us, what lie we live, that we' re way off the beam, living in delusion.Let's not be reminded we're in delusion...
If that'd be the case, I wonder what Carol would call such people, bipolar, schizophrenic or just
evil businesspeople...

You have also Ex-Members of the Mafia, the "pentiti"...does a Mafioso "feel", think, how wrong he is???I think, they actually go to church,
isn't it???
Archevilness I found some time ago as being defined as knowing fully well, what evil you commit & doing it... but the others are "simply" deluded by calling good evil & evil good, wrong communication with the "bureau of standard", so to speak.
I have no means to tell - by survey or whatever -
where the average TF-member stands now.My assumption I still uphold - until convinced of something else -
that is: the average member is dulled, far out deceived...without realising it.

So I still claim: they are whacked...not realising it! that was "my different opinion"
