There are some problems like the one you described which seem to be caused by weaknesses in Internet Explorer. I.E. gets confused by certain frame structures and script calls, and filters them out. You will find this porblem on many sites. Maybe Microsoft will come up with an update for I.E. that will take this problem away for you.
