oh yes sis I remember the day well. you were and still are a brave and loving mum! i think MG hit the nail on the head for a lot of us. being a good actor in TF was something you just needed to be. i had to act like a god fearing, jesus lovin christian just to get geographically closer to my mum & my own family where i knew i could tell pete & TF to get fucked. I knew i would have the support. There was a NAF on in Sydney & we were in Perth - so I pretended to be really on fire about the "lord" and he was as pleased as punch. so we made the trek over there & bingo thats when I left.
but unfortunately not long after that pete took steven for a walk and never came back. a plot that he and TF leaders actually managed to pull off. with the husband still in and me out - it was difficult. thats when he abducted my son. but as you all know 4 months later i did find my beautiful baby boy in Japan!
