I read things that Berg said where he totally contradicts himself in one place to a policy or procedure that he had put firmly in place in anohter. Then they can use anything they want to justify whatever it is they feel is "from the Lord." This is their upside down world. Sometimes I would bring things up in letters that I read that I thought should be applied and I'd get rebuked for "using the letters for my own advantage." Conventiently, whatever didn't work for the heirarchy, they would just change it to suit them, and of course, Berg had something for everyone since he was constantly changing his mind. One day, husbands and wives should stick together, another day, whatever is good for the work is best - one wife, no jealousy, sacrifice your mate for the Lord's work or break up if it's not working. It never made any sense.
