Why do you think it is necessary for Jim to give you the assurances you want publicly and on this particular board? Why don't you email him directly and get those assurances personally? That way, you can save and print the email he sends you, which would include his name and date, or even ask him to write you a personal letter. Either of those personal correspondences would hold more weight than a post on this board.
You seem to be using the lack of response to Susie's question to drive your own agenda. Why is it necessary for you to have the answers to Susie's questions posted here? Both yours and Susie's questions can be handled personally between you and Jim, and I really don't see the need for you to hash this out here.
Btw, I'm not a spokesperson for Jim or this board. These are just my personal views, but after all the endless discussions on this subject elsewhere, I don't really see the point in continuing what seems to me are personal issues, which are better handled privately, than on this public board.
If I'm missing something here, please inform me.
