I may never see "eye to eye" with all the thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and approches that the SGA community has. It's a near impossibility, because each are individuals in their own right. Some want to come forward and help in the investigations, and some are not ready. I deeply understand this. I have asked help only from those that are ready. For one, I am a surrogate father, for another I am just another FGA. But what they all will have to come to grips with is that I represent only myself, that even if I wanted to, I could never fill the rightful place of leadership in their lives-that is because, they must look to their parents for such things. I can lead only myself, and believe me, I have my hands full just trying to do that adequately. Please, for those of you who can understand, for those of you who know your children need you in this critical hour, please be good parents. Help your children to do what is right by them.
