I fell down in the middle of that snowstorm out in the middle of a frozen lake with a 38 in my pocket and called out to God. I shit you not. I don't know maybe you think I should have pulled the trigger.
My main therapy today is to take a looooong walk. It really does release natural endorphins. I still pray and talk to God and ask for spiritual help. It may seem from these posts that I am putting down those that found solace in drugs, actually if you feel that is the only way you can cope so be it, I do understand the pain.
When I heard that Ricky had killed Sue, though I felt sorry for her, I have to admit I was a little pissed off at Ricky for killing himself. You know what I thought? DAMMNNNN!!!! --there would have been no court in the world that would have
convicted him. If he had turned himself in, it would have brought the Family down!
