Imo the Charter is not worth the paper it is written on. Notice that it is called the Charter of Responsibilities and Rights. So members' responsibilities to the cult come first before any so-called rights they may have. Compare that to Canada's bill of rights, which is called The Charter of Rights and Freedoms and contains real protection for citizens.
Also, as you point out Observer, any "new wine" that Zerby or Kelly or their sycophants create out of their imaginations can over-ride any of the charter rights. Zerby or Kelly can arbitrarily cancel any and all rights at any time they choose by simply declaring that it is God's will as revealed by Jesus or Berg. TF remains an absolute dictatorship despite all the pretensions of democracy, which is nothing more than superficial.
