We all have triggers

People from FG or 2G have triggers. We seem to trigger each other often, within same generation or between generations.

I think it is different for someone to say they want to help warn youth&gn; as in people that were never in the Family since cults do put much emphasis on recruiting youth.

You are right that children were talked down to and treated as property at the mercy of FG. At the same time, many FG were treated this way as well and found themselves at doormat level. No doubt this thread is a result of personal history of posting. It might be worth keeping in mind that people read here and without knowing history can take this thread in a number of different ways. Maybe there is a way we can all treat each other like we want to be treated without a need to pick a few heroes or chosen ones that are examples of how others should think, act and communicate.

I tend to believe that some people learn by their mistakes and if they can't, they will keep feeling alienated or picked on. If they don't understand that over time, they probably never will.
