Family members can hear from Keysus or from their personal spirit helper or Dad or anyone/anything else they decide to channel, including characters from fiction.
That's what TF is talking about with regard to private prophesy. Anyone can call on the "keys" or any number of other weird sources of inspiration and "get" a message from God.
