Every singlething they have changed was only due to outside pressure forcing them. The charter was because of Justice Ward making public their secrets. When xfamily revealed fotos of Maria and Peter all of the sudden they decided they would come out and stop hiding their faces. This site and others and books and tv have revealed many secrets now they have no choice except to play along pretending they are the ones who decided to be so open as tho they have nothing to hide. These changes now were caused by to much exposure and loss of support they cannot survive unless they adapt.
