Yes, it is Tina of Keda. Strangely, I called my dad there the day after the explosions to ask if they were alright and whether anyone had been hurt. He said that fortunately none of them had gone out during the world cup, but that they'd just heard that one of their friends who was a charity worker may have been hurt in the explosion.
In hindsight, I find it bizarre that he referred to this woman and colleague as some kind of distant outsider friend. What a strange man!
