The C Street House in Washington D.C. where a number of U.S. lawmakers have lived, is owned by a ministry called "The Fellowship" and "The Family", is not and never was a part of or associated with the "Children of God" aka "The Family"/"The Family International".

The organization that "The Family: The Secret Fundamenatalism At the Heart of American Power" exposes is actually the same outfit that got the yearly National Prayer Breakfast started, in 1953, before the Children of God/The Family came into existence.
