The older I get, the more I appreciate what animals have to teach us about life. I enjoy watching my cats and interacting with them. Animal Planet just featured a show called My Cat from Hell about a cat whisperer. People who don't understand cats are basically unwilling to pay attention and listen to a cat's subtle communication cues. Cats live with humans on their own terms: They aren't particularly interested in people pleasing.
