No. I only had one son. I spanked, but did not abuse him I emphasize spank. He has turned out to be an awesome young man who has never caused us any grief. He rarely needed discipline. And no I did not like giving him discipline. I was spanked as a child just as any good red blooded American born in the 50's proabaly was. I did give my parents a hard time, and am able to remember the lessons and appreciate the values they instilled in me. Again I emphasize there is a difference between a spanking and a beating. A big one. Please refer to the definition in my earlier post.
