I was watching Anderson Cooper a few days ago and they were talking about bad practices by ASPCA-International who collected tons of money for something like "Baghdad Dogs" and they were exposing this charity and mentioned charity navigator to check out any charity. So I went there to check out TFI and "Activated Ministries" came up there. I'm guessing Guide Star is another charity evaluator.
It seems that after exposure ASPCA-I is no longer listed on Charity Navigator.
ASPCA is there, but not ASPCA International which must be a different entity.
