Middle management as in all that organizational structure, eg, visiting shepherds, regional & national oversight staff, also WS units involved in unprofitable literature production & communications. I picked up on the management cuts from reading the change documents that outline the restructuring. To the extent second gen members are not engaged in self supporting activity, there is no future for them in the movement. Can't take the money & run AND support staff that don't generate income.
