Yes, I think it brings the realities back, how deep and how wide was the deception and the lies, the seriousness of it all.

It is hardly possible to read through a MO letter without cringing at the fact that such was our daily diet. Most letters were written with unholy ulterior motives...the factual errors are so numerous and so gross...

But even Berg was convicted sometimes, in a letter like 'The Frog' he makes some remarkable admissions, but he dismisses it all in the end.
