Although the majority of people who post on these forums are ex-members, it is also frequented by the general public, as well as adherents of the cult. So "us" is never a given.
Your questions are either too open-ended or alread answered. This site is already set up to answer your questions in general. If you want specific information, you might want to introduce yourself and focus your questions.
You might also want to actually read around and find out about the social norms in this group and who you're dealing with, before you toss around your entitlement attitude and say you can't be bothered to "read all this other stuff" and prefer to be spoon fed. By all means, PLEASE take us off your favorites list.
