These were derived from more than clicking the "like" button. The cult is or was under the belief due to some prophecy by Maria that they would be ruling the world and regarded as a legitimate religious organization, so they boldly and openly displayed themselves. Perhaps they still believe in that strategy, I don't know. Facebook groups and privacy permissions, have taken various forms over the years, but this was from an invite-only group which has now been changed to a closed group and if I remember correctly, was along the lines of "Proud to be a members of the Family International." I followed through on some of these people. They were actively promoting the cult's message and disseminating their media and literature, not only on Facebook but in other places too.
