These most definitely existed in the 90s. The children, as young as 6, were required to sign them too albeit a watered down version. For the children they were contract-type statements which stated that they were not abused and they intended to stay in the group (also as they reached milestone ages they signed further membership contracts). The adults and older teens 'fasted & prayed' for 3 days & read a large amount of 'Burn After Reading' material beforehand. I got into a world of trouble for asking what 'abuse' meant, & for eating a pear. I was 7. In later years you were also required to sign off on various new doctrines as they came out, including the masturbating to Jesus one.
